About Your New Job
- Produce technical drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation using Revit.
- Prepare planning, tender, and construction-stage documentation.
- Develop technical details and coordinate project information.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation throughout all project stages.
What You Need
- 3/5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Experience preparing planning, tender, and construction documentation.
- Site experience during construction phase.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
- €42,000 to €55,000 DOE.
