About Your New Job

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for multiple residential projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Apply current Irish building regulations across all projects.
  • Work on government-funded and residential projects.
  • Ensure all documentation meets required standards and specifications.
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare facilities.
  • Work independently and demonstrate strong onsite experience.

What Skills You Need

  • Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven onsite experience.
  • Strong technical drawing portfolio required.
  • High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a focus on residential projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
  • Experience working on government projects and compliance processes.
  • Experience in healthcare projects is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing own workload.
