About Your New Job
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for multiple residential projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Apply current Irish building regulations across all projects.
- Work on government-funded and residential projects.
- Ensure all documentation meets required standards and specifications.
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare facilities.
- Work independently and demonstrate strong onsite experience.
What Skills You Need
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven onsite experience.
- Strong technical drawing portfolio required.
- High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a focus on residential projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
- Experience working on government projects and compliance processes.
- Experience in healthcare projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and managing own workload.
