About Your New Job

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Apply current Irish building regulations across all projects.
  • Work on government-funded projects.
  • Ensure all documentation meets required standards and specifications.
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare facilities.

What Skills You Need

  • A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong technical drawing portfolio is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
  • Experience working on government projects and compliance processes.
  • Experience in healthcare projects is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
