About Your New Job
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for multiple projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Apply current Irish building regulations across all projects.
- Work on government-funded projects.
- Ensure all documentation meets required standards and specifications.
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare facilities.
What Skills You Need
- A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A strong technical drawing portfolio is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
- Experience working on government projects and compliance processes.
- Experience in healthcare + education, public works or data centre projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
