My Client is a leading global provider of asset management and investment technology solutions, with operations across the US and Europe. The Dublin office manages UCITS and AIF structures and provides fund administration and depositary services to third-party investment managers.

About Your New Job

As AML Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the AML function, ensuring compliance with Irish and EU regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.

You will:

  • Oversee AML processes, periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring
  • Act as key contact for clients, MLROs and investors
  • Drive regulatory implementation and AML technology enhancements
  • Produce management reporting and identify emerging risks
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections
  • Lead, mentor and develop the AML team

This role combines regulatory expertise, operational oversight and people leadership.

What Skills You Need

  • 7+ years’ experience in the funds industry
  • 4+ years managing an AML team
  • Strong knowledge of Irish and EU AML regulations
  • Risk-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Project and systems experience (TA systems advantageous)
  • Third-level qualification
