About Your New Job
As AML Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the AML function, ensuring compliance with Irish and EU regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.
You will:
- Oversee AML processes, periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring
- Act as key contact for clients, MLROs and investors
- Drive regulatory implementation and AML technology enhancements
- Produce management reporting and identify emerging risks
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
- Lead, mentor and develop the AML team
This role combines regulatory expertise, operational oversight and people leadership.
What Skills You Need
- 7+ years’ experience in the funds industry
- 4+ years managing an AML team
- Strong knowledge of Irish and EU AML regulations
- Risk-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Project and systems experience (TA systems advantageous)
- Third-level qualification
