About Your New Job
- As an Air Conditioning Engineer & Technical Trainer, you will support installer partners with technical queries and provide on-site/remote assistance.
- You will co-ordinate with the aftersales team to ensure the smooth organisation and delivery of service schedules.
- Provide engaging in-person and online training for customers, creating instructional videos, manuals, and e-learning modules to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in advanced HVAC technologies, analysing performance data, processing warranty claims, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety procedures.
- Take ownership for developing, updating, and delivering technical documentation, ensuring consistent customer education aligned with the latest product releases.
What Skills You Need
- Third level degree and/or significant hands-on HVAC industry experience.
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer, including installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in training sessions (both in-person and online).
- Demonstrated skills in creating content such as manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning modules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organisation, and time-management abilities.
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and personable.
