About Your New Job
- Customer Service Excellence: Assist with managing occupancy, room allocations, and cancellations during both academic terms and the summer season.
- Operational Support: Liaise with internal and institutional partners to deliver proactive accommodation services.
- Student Interaction: Assist with the arrival and departure of student residents, including issuing keys, fobs, and producing resident photo identification.
- Administrative Duties: Handle general administration tasks such as photocopying, filing, and managing student transactions.
- Reception Management: Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy, and provide excellent customer service to students and parents.
What Skills You Need
- Customer Service Background: Proven track record in customer service, preferably within the property or hospitality sector.
- Administrative Experience: Experience in financial admin and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and interpersonal skills to interact with various personnel.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with good analytical skills and social media savvy.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and as part of a team.
What’s on Offer
- Salary: €30,000 DOE
