About Your New Job
As a Administrator , you will:
- Provide professional support to customers via phone and email, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and courteously.
- Deliver essential administrative support to the office team, contributing to smooth daily operations.
- Manage incoming calls, take accurate messages, and redirect calls as required.
- Respond to email enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting office operations and ensuring continuous service.
What Skills You Need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable but not essential.
