About Your New Job as an Administrative Assistant
- As the Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for a team of six finance professionals during a maternity leave.
- You will manage busy diaries, organise meetings (internal and with overseas offices), coordinate travel and itineraries, and support with legal and confidential documentation.
- You will act as the main point of contact for all team administration, including liaising with other executive assistants across EMEA, prioritising multiple tasks, maintaining online files, and ensuring seamless office operations.
- You will handle all aspects of diary management, document processing, expense reports, and special projects as needed.
- Attention to detail and discretion are paramount as you will work with confidential documentation and information.
What Skills You Need as an Administrative Assistant
- Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in administrative support, ideally within financial services, legal, or a related corporate environment—industry experience is essential.
- Strong organisational skills, proven ability to prioritise and work independently, exceptional attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), proven diary management, and a proactive, adaptable approach.
- Personal attributes valued include professionalism, high integrity, initiative, team spirit, and positive energy.
- Leaving Cert or equivalent required (Business Admin qualification an advantage).
What's on Offer?
- Salary range: €40,000 - €50,000.
- 25 days annual leave (pro rata for contract duration).
- Completion bonus on successful completion of the contract.
