About Your New Job
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support to accounting, treasury, and tax teams (6 employees total).
- Assist with banking and accounts payable administration, support the upkeep of our Legal Entity Data system, and manage calendars and meeting logistics.
- Handle legal contract documentation, answer phones, coordinate couriers, process expense reports, arrange travel itineraries, and work independently on special projects.
- Maintain contact databases, manage correspondence, track documents and deadlines, and perform other administrative duties as required.
What Skills You Need
- 3–5 years' relevant experience, ideally supporting senior/middle management within financial services or legal firms.
- Outstanding organizational, follow-up, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
