About Your New Job

As Supervisor, you will:

  • Open and close the venue securely as required.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment for staff and customers by following established procedures.
  • Ensure all equipment (freezers, fridges, security cameras, etc.) is operating correctly.
  • Meet and greet adults and children, ensuring each child is tagged on admission for safety.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels for smooth shift operations, including food and cash.
  • Check staffing levels for your shift, ensuring team members are performing their duties and remain motivated and engaged.
  • Complete all relevant daily paperwork, including fridge temperature logs, safety checks, and cleaning records.
  • Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and issues both onsite and over the phone.
  • Promote the venue for parties, group bookings, and special events to customers in person and by phone.
  • Review upcoming bookings and ensure sufficient staffing and stock levels are in place.
  • Record and report any accidents or incidents as per procedures, including time, location, and details.
  • Balance tills and safe at the end of your shift, securing cash as required.
  • Support the management team with any reasonable changes as business needs evolve.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, childcare, or leisure background.
  • Genuine interest in customer service with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation to engage with a young team of staff.
  • Awareness and some experience of Health and Safety regulations and maintaining HACCP requirements.
  • Experience in stock control and cash handling.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability for regular weekend work.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive Salary: €16/€18 p/hr+
  • 4 days per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) - from 9am – 7pm
