Accounts Payable Manager role with a large business based in South Dublin (office based initially but hybrid long term).

About Your New Job

  • Oversee the full AP cycle, from invoice receipt to payment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
  • Reconcile accounts to supplier statements on a regular basis to ensure accounts are kept up to date.
  • Monitor outstanding payables and manage cash flow accordingly.
  • Support the month-end close process, ensuring accurate recording of AP transactions, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs of the AP team.
  • Take corrective action if objectives or KPIs are not being met.

What Skills You Need

  • 5–7 years’ experience in accounts payable or accounting roles, including at least 5 years in a management capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming and improving AP functions.
  • Good organization, self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
