Accounts Manager role with an Irish SME based in South Dublin (hybrid working available long term).

About Your New Job

  • Manage the finance function of an Irish SME across multiple business streams.
  • Help the business continue its transition to a new accounting software.
  • Own all statutory filings: VAT, PAYE, Intrastat, VIES
  • Manage weekly and monthly payroll across the company
  • Build and document the finance playbook.
  • Deliver monthly management accounts and cash flow reporting to the MD
  • Manage rebate tracking and reconciliation
  • Oversee AP, AR, and bank reconciliations on an ongoing basis.

What You Need

  • IATI, CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent (part-qualified with strong experience considered)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Irish SME finance with hands-on ERP use (GenetiQ, Intact, Sage, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar)
  • Proven knowledge of Irish tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, Intrastat, VIES)
  • Track record of documenting processes & SOPs, not just executing tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
  • Candidates must be based in Ireland and have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport
