Accounts Assistant - PERMANENT Part time - €45k -
Main duties
- Managing daily bank lodgements, cashbook processing, and overall account reconciliations.
- Processing purchase ledger invoices, dealing with suppliers, scheduling payments, and handling debtor ledgers/credit control.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Perform monthly Vies and Intrastat reports.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
Experience
- Min 4 years in a similar role
- Ideally coming from SME environment or the motor industry
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail & a meticulous nature required
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
