Accounts Administrator - 5 days in the office- Co. Limerick- €39k - Perm
Main Duties
Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers regarding queries or issues.
Accounts Receivable & Customer Support
• Assist with issuing customer invoices and credit notes.
• Support credit control activities, including debtor follow-up.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely allocation of receipts.
Banking & Cash Management
• Prepare and post bank payments and receipts.
• Assist with weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
Experience
- Min 4 years in a similiar role.
- PC competent on various accounting packages.
- Ideally coming from FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
- Part qualified or accounting technician
