Accounting Technician - 12 Month Contract - PART-Time (20 Hours)

About Your New Job

  • As the Accounts Payable & Financial Operations Specialist you will manage end-to-end procurement processes from onboarding vendors to processing payments and purchase orders.
  • You will prepare management accounts, support balance sheet reconciliations, and participate in statutory financial reporting.
  • You will help with budgeting and forecasting, support internal and statutory audits, and maintain regulatory compliance documentation.
  • You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth financial support to the site and maintaining high-quality compliance records.

What Skills You Need

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Qualification as an AP specialist (part-qualified accountant preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work methodically with diverse stakeholders while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
