Working for a leading Irish owned company who are an an educational technology company who provide schools and Universities with Ipads and Laptops. They are just over 10 years old and due to rapid success and growth are now looking for an Account Manager to cover the Dublin territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with an existing client base of Secondary Schools in the Dublin Region.
- Nurture and manage these clients and form long lasting relationships
- Being the point of contact for Clients and Teachers regarding any queries they may have
- Identifying upselling opportunities and supporting schools in their digital journey.
- Build trusted relationships, resolving issues, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- 1 Day on the road visiting clients, 3 days working from home and 1 day in the Dublin office
What Skills You Need for this Sales Job
- Customer services, Sales or Account Management experience is essential
- Most importantly, you need to be a people person, enjoy dealing with people and building long lasting relationships and relationship management
- Be able to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Experience using Microsoft office is essential
- Experience in Apple, Microsoft and Google platforms is a strong advantage
- Experience in a technical support is a strong advantage
- Full clean driving licence and own car is essential for this role
What’s on Offer
This Job comes with a basic salary of 40-45k along with 2 commission structures and a bonus.
