    Account Assistant - 6-Month Contract – North Dublin - €45,000

    About Your New Job

    • Accounts receivable - generation of monthly resident fee invoices, processing payments and chasing of debt
    • Accounts payable - processing supplier invoices and payments
    • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
    • Petty Cash reconciliations
    • Support the annual audit and back up schedules
    • Accruals and prepayments
    • Group Analytical review – explanation of variances to budget
    • Revenue submissions
    • Maintain Fixed Asset Register and calculation of depreciation
    • Liasing with external stakeholder – solicitors, suppliers, residents, resident’s families, HSE, auditors, bank, Revenue

    What Skills You Need

    • Proficient in Quickbooks or similar accounting system
    • Proficient in microsoft suite, in particular MS Excel
    • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable in a finance role
    • Strong reconciliation skills and experience with audits, accruals, and prepayments.
