About Your New Job
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of SAP systems across S/4HANA (including RISE), EWM, Solution Manager, SAC, and SAP BTP technologies.
- SAP RISE & Cloud Expertise: Oversee SAP RISE architecture, integrations, provisioning, and operational governance. Coordinate with hyperscale providers (Azure, AWS) and SAP for environment builds, migrations, and operational escalations.
- System Implementations & Projects: Lead Basis components of end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, and system cutovers. Partner with implementation partners, internal teams, and offshore resources to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
What Skills You Need
- Required Qualifications: 15+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, including leadership roles. Deep expertise implementing and supporting SAP in distribution, logistics, or supply-chain-driven organizations.
- Technical Competencies: Strong working knowledge of SAP RISE, S/4HANA, SAP HANA (including sizing, HA/DR setup, and optimization). Experience with system migrations, cloud transformations, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Professional Competencies: Strong skills in system performance analysis, kernel upgrades, transport management, and client strategy. Proven experience with SAP interfaces, integrations, and architectural dependencies. Excellent communication skills.
