About Your New Job
- You will oversee the sale of consumable products in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, vaccine, cell gene, medical device, nutraceutical, and related industries) for Ireland, the UK, and the Nordic Region.
- You will lead and develop a regional sales team across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.
- Developing effective sales strategies while also managing the field-based Account Managers
- The target market is pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, medical device manufacturing companies and Biotech & vaccine production companies.
- This will be a remote role and will involve travel between UKI and occasionally Nordics/international travel.
What Skills You Need
- 5+ years’ experience in sales within the life science or pharmaceutical industry.
- 2+ years’ experience in managing a team within the pharmaceutical or life sciences market.
- You will need to have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, Science, or Engineering.
- You will need to have full permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland and the UK
- A full driving licence is required.
- You must be willing to travel across the UK and Ireland.
What’s on Offer
- Base salary €81-109K.
- 35% uncapped bonus structure.
