BIM Lead - Munster/Cork Based - Up to €75,000 per annum + benefits (Hybrid Included)

About Your New Job

As the BIM Lead, you will:

  • Lead and manage ISO 19650-2 projects, providing mentorship and leadership to the BIM team and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and sustainability standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of BIM software management—including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting—while collaborating across office locations to drive innovation in systems and processes.
  • Set, maintain, and enforce all BIM standards, run project modelling and clash detection, and deliver comprehensive training and support to staff on BIM tools and emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate with project teams and operations, supporting commercial management, resource planning, and delivery, while staying engaged in industry developments through conferences and strategic partnerships.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BIM or Engineering or Equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ design, drafting, or engineering production experience with 3D modelling and extensive use of Revit MEP within a design consultancy or M&E sub-contractor environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Revit, plus experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks. Exposure to BIM management in MEP projects (residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, or industrial sector).
  • Commercial awareness, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starter mindset, passion for design technologies, and comfort managing a varied workload with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel between offices and attend industry conferences and seminars.
