Head of Corporate Sales

The CCD was established to drive business tourism into Dublin, and is recruiting for a Head of Corporate Sales, which is pivotal in helping to achieve this goal.

This is an opportunity to work with a world-class venue with state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology, that has been at the forefront of hosting international conferences, exhibitions, and events for over a decade.

The Head of Corporate Sales, is a senior position within the sales team, carrying a significant level of responsibility. This role will be pivotal in driving the corporate sales strategy, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, and leading a dedicated team to success. The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the Team: The successful candidate will lead the Corporate Sales team on a day-to-day basis, focusing on achieving rental and additional revenue targets. Through exceptional leadership, the Head of Corporate Sales will ensure that all activities align with the targets set by the Sales Director.
  • Client Relationship Management: The Head of Corporate Sales will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships and will work closely with key partners and clients, both locally and internationally, to build long-term business relationships.
  • Team Development: The Head of Corporate Sales will support the Sales Director in the recruitment, mentoring, and coaching of team members, ensuring delivery against key KPIs.

Head of Association Sales
