Tina Cornally

As Recruitment Manager for the Midlands Recruitment Division at Sigmar Recruitment, I lead Permanent, Contract and Temporary recruitment across Engineering, Technical and Commercial functions. With over 14 years’ experience in recruitment, I partner with engineering, production and manufacturing organisations across the Midlands, supporting senior and executive-level appointments as well as critical temporary and project-based hiring.

I work with both established organisations and start-up environments and am also a specialist HR recruiter, supporting clients with senior HR appointments across a range of industries. I hold a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree and a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management.

My team and I specialise in Engineering and Technical recruitment across manufacturing, production and industrial environments, recruiting for roles such as mechanical, electrical and process engineers, engineering managers and senior technical specialists. We also deliver temporary engineering and technical resources to support business-critical operations.

In addition, we recruit commercial roles across all sectors, including Supply Chain, HR and Finance. We work with clients ranging from SMEs to multinational organisations, providing tailored, partnership-led recruitment solutions, taking the time to understand our clients’ culture and values to ensure the right long-term fit for both clients and candidates.
