I am a Recruitment Consultant on the Trades & Labour desk within the Sigmar Construction team. Since joining Sigmar in November 2024, I’ve focused on the recruitment of temporary Trades and Labour staff across Ireland. I work closely with clients and candidates to ensure the best results for both the client and the candidate.
Specialist Areas:
I specialise in the recruitment of temporary construction staff, including General Operatives, Skilled Labourers, Groundworkers, Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, and other key trades. I support a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial, civil, and industrial sectors. My role involves managing the full recruitment process-from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating site start details and ensuring ongoing candidate support and compliance.
