I qualified as an accountant many years ago having worked in accountancy for close to a decade. The majority of that time was spent working in a small accounting practice. I also worked for a small number of years as a management accountant for a company which handled pension funds.

I moved into accountancy and finance recruitment as I wanted to have a more people focused role and I felt it (having previously worked as an accountant) would increase my prospects of being successful in this market.

Specialist Areas:

I specialise in placing suitably skilled audit, tax, and non-audit professionals into roles within accounting firms. My geographic focus is predominantly across the Leinster region. I do also cover 3 Ulster counties, namely Cavan, Donegal, and Monaghan. An international focus is not a large current aim, but it is not off the table.

The firms I work with range from Big 4 all the way down to small firms with a single digit staff headcount.

I am hugely passionate about this area and I look forward to continuing to grow my footprint in the market.
