I am working as a Resourcer on Sigmar Recruitment’s Sales team. I joined Sigmar in July 2025. In my current role, I support the Sales team by sourcing and screening candidates, preparing shortlists, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
