Naomi Coleman

As Head of Sigmar’s Public Sector Team and Account Manager, I guide clients on recruitment best practices and oversee the delivery of large-scale projects. I work closely with organisations to design and implement recruitment processes tailored to sector-specific requirements and regulatory standards. 

I have over 14 years of recruitment experience, including 12 years specialising in public sector recruitment.

I manage large-scale panel competitions as well as specialist recruitment for roles at all grades across the public sector. I have delivered recruitment programmes for a wide range of public sector bodies, including Teagasc, The Ombudsman for Children's Office, AHBRA, CUAN, and many others. 

I am a certified Psychometric Assessor and hold a Human Resource Management qualification from the CIPD. I also provide competency-based interview training for panel members and hiring managers.

My focus on compliance, talent attraction, and sector-specific needs supports public sector organisations in building effective recruitment strategies and meeting their hiring goals, while ensuring ongoing compliance with CPSA codes of practice.
