Liam Lanigan

I am a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Building Services sector across Ireland, with experience supporting some of the country’s leading M&E contractors and engineering firms. Since moving into building services recruitment in April 2025, I have been focused on placing high-quality candidates into mechanical, electrical, and M&E roles, working closely with both established contractors and fast-growing SMEs.

Prior to this, I recruited across the Facilities Management sector at another agency, partnering with clients on technical and operational hires ranging from maintenance electricians to contract managers. I graduated from Maynooth University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Business and Management, giving me an insight into the role recruitment plays at a growing company.
