My background includes recruiting for engineering and architectural positions, and I now specialise in coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes in the public sector. My responsibilities include advertising vacancies, screening applications, ensuring all documentation is up to date, scheduling interviews, chairing, and note-taking during interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and responding to candidate and client queries throughout the entire recruitment process.
