Having joined Sigmar as an intern over 14 years ago, my journey has given me a uniquely deep perspective into our corporate culture and the wider recruitment landscape. Today, I lead a dynamic marketing team to oversee our full-scale marketing operations—spanning digital outreach, candidate attraction, and employer branding—with a focus on creating compelling narratives that reflect our market-leading expertise.

A project I am particularly proud of is founding the Talent Summit. Born from a vision to create a collaborative community for HR and business leaders, I have been privileged to drive its growth into Ireland's largest HR conference, attracting over 1,000 senior professionals and global thought leaders annually to discuss the future of work.
