As Head of Marketing for Sigmar Recruitment, I guide our company's brand and communications strategy. My career here spans over 14 years, a journey that began with an internship and has provided me with a unique perspective into our company's culture and the recruitment industry. Today, I lead a dynamic team and oversee our complete marketing strategy, from digital outreach to employer branding, with the goal of creating compelling narratives that reflect our expertise.
A project I’m particularly proud of is Talent Summit. I had a vision to create a community where HR and business leaders could connect and share ideas, and it's been incredibly rewarding to see it grow into Ireland's largest HR conference, attracting over 1,000 attendees and global thought leaders annually to discuss the future of work.
