I began my recruitment career in healthcare, where I quickly progressed; being promoted three times in under a year thanks to my strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to delivering results. Before moving into recruitment, I trained and worked professionally in musical theatre in London. This was an experience that gave me excellent communication skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with people.
