Clara Gallagher

I am an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, currently working on the Public Sector team. I began my first recruitment role with Sigmar Recruitment in July 2024. Prior to my recruitment role, I gained over three years of experience in the hospitality industry and worked on voiceovers for a variety of different clients.

Specialist Areas:

In my current role, I specialise in screening, note-taking, reference checking, and supporting the recruitment process. My responsibilities include ensuring all document administration is up to date, advertising vacancies, screening applications, conducting phone screens, preparing shortlisting documents, scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and responding to candidate queries throughout the entire recruitment process.

I am currently attending NCI to complete a three-year apprenticeship degree created in partnership with the Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF). This recruitment apprenticeship programme is the first of its kind in Ireland, and there is no other Level 8 programme in recruitment on the National Framework of Qualifications. I am undertaking this apprenticeship from 2024 to 2027.
