I am an Executive Recruitment Consultant and Manager of the Dublin Office Support Team. I have nine years of recruitment experience, combined with over ten years in the customer service and hospitality industry, along with some time in insurance and sales. In my time with Sigmar, I completed the National Recruitment Federation’s Recruitment Excellence Programme, was awarded Graduate of the Year in 2015, and was shortlisted for “ERF Temp Recruiter of the Year” in 2023.

I graduated with a B.Sc. in Nutraceuticals from DIT in 2011, achieved an APA qualification in insurance in 2014, and have had my recruitment-based writing published in the Sunday Business Post.

I specialise in the area of Office Support, recruiting high-quality candidates for roles including administration staff (entry level to highly experienced), operations (team leaders, managers), reception and front of house, facilities coordinators, project managers, coordinators (team, admin, project), office managers, and personal/executive assistants.

In recent years, I have established myself as a specialist in recruiting for membership, training, and accreditation bodies, with a strong focus on finding top talent for accreditation, student support, and membership admin-based roles, often providing exclusive support to such organizations. I recruit across all industries, with clients ranging from charitable organisations and SMEs to multinationals and major tech firms

As an experienced Temp Controller, I supply temporary staff to all clients as needed. I constantly manage a large roster of live temps and meet all of my candidates before they are on site. I have worked on multiple recruitment campaigns with my team, which have required supplying a high volume of temporary staff to support large-scale client projects, often turned around in only days.
