About Your New Job
- Install, customize, support, and maintain z/OS and related products: You will be responsible for the installation, customization, and maintenance of z/OS systems and related products.
- Lead and guide: Train and guide junior staff members, and lead the diagnosis of issues and solve problems related to software/hardware.
- Disaster Recovery and Technical Support: Maintain and support established Disaster Recovery plans and exercises, and provide 24x7 rotational on-call technical support.
What Skills You Need
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or 5+ years of professional experience in the field.
- Experience: 13-16 years of experience in the Data Engineering field required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in z/OS, TSO/ISPF, DB2, UNIX Systems Services, Broadcom ESP, SMP/E, IPCS, Tivoli-Monitoring, Microsoft Office products, and Omegamon.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, innovative thinking, adaptability, time management, and problem-solving skills.
