About Your New Job

  • As a Telesales Executive, you will be making daily outbound calls to potential members – calling new and existing leads.
  • You will be managing contacts and tracking progress using our CRM system. Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Update the CRM system daily with call notes, lead status, and follow-up actions.
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner and manage your pipeline effectively.
  • This is a hybrid position so you must be able to get to the office 2 times per week

 

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a B2B telesales environment
  • Experience in Salesforce is a strong advantage here
  • You will also need full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
