About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare goods accurately for dispatch
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Carry out regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure all products are stored safely, securely, and in line with company procedures
- Assist with incoming deliveries and check goods against delivery dockets
- Drive company vehicles to deliver goods as required
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policies at all times
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Full, clean Category B driving licence
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items when required
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
- A positive, proactive team player with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
