About Your New Job
As the Snagger, you will be responsible for:
- Carpentry tasks: Constructing stud walls and performing related carpentry work.
- Basic plumbing: Managing minor plumbing repairs and installations.
- Painting and decorating: Ensuring properties are finished to a high standard.
- Independent work: Managing tasks autonomously and ensuring quality workmanship.
What Skills You Need
- Carpentry experience: Proficiency in building stud walls and performing related tasks.
- Basic plumbing knowledge: Competence in handling minor plumbing issues.
- Painting and decorating experience: Proven ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Self-reliance: Ability to work independently and be trusted with tasks.
- Additional beneficial skills: Possession of your own car/van and tools, and being local to South Dublin.
- Minimum 5 years of experience: Demonstrated track record in property maintenance.
- Valid certifications: Safe pass and manual handling certificate.
