About Your New Job
- Managing the day-to-day activity on site.
- Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
- Ensuring quality and standards of the project are met.
- Coordinate and control plant and material on site.
- Comply with all Health and Safety policies.
- Assist in managing traffic on and off site.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site
What Skills You Need
- Experience in similar type of utilities and/or public realm construction projects is desirable
- Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish.
- Excellent working knowledge of latest utilities and public realm regulation and certification standards
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B.
