About Your New Job As A Service & Commissioning Engineer
As the Service & Commissioning Engineer, you will:
- Deliver Excellence: Commission, fault-find, service, maintain, repair, calibrate, and validate all equipment and applications within our Business Portfolio.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide a complete level of service to our customers on-site, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain all records and appropriate paperwork, create service reports for customer signature, and complete all company-required paperwork on time.
- Stock Management: Carry and maintain an up-to-date stock of spare parts and consumables in the company vehicle, ensuring good order.
- On-Call Participation: Participate in the On-Call Engineer Rota and provide telephone support as needed.
What Skills You Need For Your New Job As A Service & Commissioning Engineer
- Electrical Qualification: Essential for the role.
- Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in Electrical and Mechanical work, preferably as a Field Service Engineer.
- Report Writing: Experience or willingness to write reports.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Understanding of potential risks to health and safety on all clients' properties.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Desirable but not essential.
