About Your New Job
- Drive business growth and strengthen relationships in the ventilation sector
- Engage directly with M&E consultants, developers, and contractors
- Deliver CPD presentations and secure product specifications with consulting engineers
- Conduct profit & loss and market analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing product lines
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to align go-to-market plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
What Skills Are Needed
- Qualification in Engineering or Building Services (advantageous)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the construction or HVAC industry
- Proven business development experience, ideally in ventilation solutions
- Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills
- Strategic mindset with commercial awareness and goal-oriented approach
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Based in Ireland, with flexibility to travel nationally
