About Your New Employer

My client, a leading global asset management company is recruiting a Senior Sales Manager for their central Dublin office (Hybrid). The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets as well as engaging with financial advisors and investment managers to promote the client's services

About Your New Job, you will be responsible for:

  • Building customer relationships both at Retail and Institutional level 
  • Partnering with other functions within the organisation to drive commercial materials 
  • Liaising with Marketing to ensure timely production of Marketing Materials and promotional activity 
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets;
  • Contribute to the development of a strategic sales plan
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports forecasts to senior management
  • Identify mutual fund strategies for the Italian market 
  • Contribute to new funds launch preparatory work and to product governance;

What skills You Need

  • 5 Plus years of experience in sales within the fund management industry
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
