About your New Employer:
Our client is a large financial institution, located in Dublin City Centre. They are looking for a full-time Senior Reward Specialist, who will be brought in on an 18-month Fixed Term contract, starting as soon as possible.
This role would be on a hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home per week.
About Your New Role:
- Lead on the EU Pay Transparency project from planning through to execution ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines and company goals.
- Lead on the data collection required including data mining to understand drivers of pay gaps and rationale for same.
- Partner with HR, legal, risk, finance and compliance to ensure an effective implementation.
- Develop an understanding of all reward practices across the organisation by level and align with legal requirements.
- Review and develop reward policies and standards for all reward activities across the organisation.
- Develop tools and communication materials to support understanding and adoption of all EU transparency measures.
- Complete job evaluations as required.
- Monitor developments in the Irish and EMEA legislation of the directive and recommend adaptation of our approach as required.
What Skills You Need:
- 4+ years’ experience with analytical, numerical and data mining skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
- Prior Reward Experience is advantageous, including good knowledge of grading structures, job evaluation methodology and survey contribution and analysis
- Experience carrying out detailed research to analyse and make recommendations to existing solutions or to create new solutions
- Experience operating with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent organisational, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
