About your New Employer:

Our client is a large financial institution, located in Dublin City Centre. They are looking for a full-time Senior Reward Specialist, who will be brought in on an 18-month Fixed Term contract, starting as soon as possible.

This role would be on a hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home per week.

About Your New Role:

  • Lead on the EU Pay Transparency project from planning through to execution ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines and company goals.
  • Lead on the data collection required including data mining to understand drivers of pay gaps and rationale for same.
  • Partner with HR, legal, risk, finance and compliance to ensure an effective implementation.
  • Develop an understanding of all reward practices across the organisation by level and align with legal requirements.
  • Review and develop reward policies and standards for all reward activities across the organisation.
  • Develop tools and communication materials to support understanding and adoption of all EU transparency measures.
  • Complete job evaluations as required.
  • Monitor developments in the Irish and EMEA legislation of the directive and recommend adaptation of our approach as required.


What Skills You Need:

  • 4+ years’ experience with analytical, numerical and data mining skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
  • Prior Reward Experience is advantageous, including good knowledge of grading structures, job evaluation methodology and survey contribution and analysis
  • Experience carrying out detailed research to analyse and make recommendations to existing solutions or to create new solutions  
  • Experience operating with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent organisational, communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
