As a Senior Business Development Manager
- You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial engagement till the end of the cycle, ensuring proactive communication and actively finding solutions if they arise for your clients
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with your pipeline so you can ensure new and repeat business, constantly engaging with existing clients so you can meet their needs
- Maintain budgets for your clients, overseeing the scheduling, faculty allocation, and resource planning so you can coordinate delivery with your partners
- Keep yourself informed about developments in AI skills, digital transformation, and AI ethics as this is a constantly evolving market
What Skills You Need in this Business Development Role:
- Extensive experience in relationship building roles.
- Clear, diplomatic, and proactive communication with clients, partners, and internal colleagues
- Extensive experience across Microsoft products, excel, word PowerPoint etc along with strong presenting skills
