About Your New Job as a Senior Architectural Technologist
- Lead and manage architectural projects across all work stages.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and consultants.
- Resolve complex design and technical issues efficiently.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
What Skills You Need as a Senior Architectural Technologist
- Extensive experience in an architectural practice with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- In-depth understanding of Irish building regulations and construction standards.
