About Your New Job as a Senior Architectural Technologist

• Lead and manage architectural projects across all work stages.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and consultants.
• Resolve complex design and technical issues efficiently.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.

What Skills You Need as a Senior Architectural Technologist

• Extensive experience in an architectural practice with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• In-depth understanding of Irish building regulations and construction standards.
