About Your New Job
- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the security division, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality guarding services across all client locations.
- Compliance: Maintain full compliance with all licensing requirements, Health & Safety standards, and internal operating procedures.
- People Management: Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, structured feedback, and ongoing development. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new security personnel.
- Client & Service Management: Act as the primary operational contact for clients, building strong relationships based on reliability, responsiveness, and service excellence. Address client needs proactively, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
What Skills You Need
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ operational leadership experience in the security guarding industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of rostering, site coverage, incident response, and regulatory compliance in a security environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support frontline officers.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Commercial Awareness: Ability to balance service quality and cost efficiencies.
- Adaptability: Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
