About Your New Job
As a Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in managing inbound customer interactions and driving sales growth. This position is perfect for a proactive and organised individual who thrives on converting leads and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Respond to all inbound leads promptly and professionally, ensuring each one is followed up
- Maintain a structured sales process from enquiry through to order confirmation, maximizing conversion rates.
- Generate quotes and process orders efficiently, with consistent follow-up to convert open quotes to closed sales.
- Monitor and report on lead conversion, customer engagement, and upselling performance.
What Skills You Need
- Ability to manage a structured pipeline and convert leads effectively.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships B2B and deliver high-quality service.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
What’s on Offer
