About Your New Employer
A busy Retailer in Bandon is looking for you as their new retail assistant.
You will work as part of a team to provide first-class customer service and assist retail sales staff where required.
About your new job
- Greet customers and assist them with any queries.
- Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability.
- Assist customers in their selection of products and escalate any technical queries to the relevant expert.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in their areas of responsibility.
- Ensure stock levels are well maintained and products are well presented.
- Escalate any complaints or customer issues in a timely manner for resolution.
- Keep up to date with any special offers and the features and benefits of each product.
- Work as part of a team and assist other retail staff as required.
- Keep up to date with market trends.
What skills/experience you need
- Experience in retail
- Experience dealing with customers
- Computer literate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamworking skills
- Passion for Homewares and keen eye for market trends
- Initiative

Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30pm (odd Saturday)
