About Your New Job as a Receptionist
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Book couriers, manage boardrooms, and visitor parking.
- Order taxis, manage electronic diaries, and prepare meeting rooms.
- Support the Executive Admin Team with various tasks.
What Skills You Need as a Receptionist
- Previous reception experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional etiquette, self-motivated, and organized.
- MS Office and switchboard experience.

- Salary: €35K - €40K.
