About Your New Job as a Receptionist

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming and outgoing post.
    • Book couriers, manage boardrooms, and visitor parking.
    • Order taxis, manage electronic diaries, and prepare meeting rooms.
    • Support the Executive Admin Team with various tasks.

What Skills You Need as a Receptionist

  • Previous reception experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional etiquette, self-motivated, and organized.
  • MS Office and switchboard experience.
