About Your New Job as a Front of House Receptionist
- Location: Dublin 2
- Hours: 9-5.30 Mon-Thur, 9-5pm Fri
- Type: Fully On-Site
Key Responsibilities
Front of House Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Answer and transfer calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Manage the key holding list for various properties.
- Update QR codes for new properties and assist with ad hoc tasks.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the office manager and team.
- Handle mail, couriers, and office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Perform general office duties as required.
What Skills You Need as a Front of House Receptionist
- Fluent English and excellent phone manner.
- Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Excellent presentation and professional attitude.
- Administrative skills and initiative.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment (2-3 years preferred).
