  • This role is focused on complaint handling and post-market regulatory reporting activities.

About Your New Job as a Lab Technician III:

  • Co-ordinate complaint handling
  • Manage the receipt and documentation of incoming complaint devices.
  • Conduct laboratory duties related to complaint analysis, assist in test procedure development, and perform non-routine analyses for root cause investigations.
  • Collaborate in the investigation of customer complaints and determination of root cause.
  • Perform and coordinate instrument maintenance, calibration, and alignment checks.
  • Escalate Quality Issues to CQXM Management and key extended post-market quality teams.
  • Contribute to activities supporting the rollout of cell operating systems and principles within the CQXM department.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable department and site-wide procedures and regulations, and support internal and external audit preparation.

What Skills You Need  for Quality Lab Technician III:

  • Bachelor's degree (Level 8 NFQ) in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Science).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Practical working knowledge of statistical data analysis, problem-solving, and quality improvement tools and techniques.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with others.
  • Experience in a medical devices or related environment.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment.
